Compressor ready for re-assembly
All units are assembled using seals, ‘o’ rings, gaskets and oil that are compatible with R134A refrigerant.
We have a large range of remanufactured and new compressors in stock to suit most applications.
All our Remanufactured Compressors are covered by a 12 month or 20000 klm limited warranty. (conditions apply)
REMANUFACTURING PROCESS:
Core selection
Disassemble compressor
Remove all bearings, seals and ‘o’rings
All parts then go through an extensive cleaning process
Re-surface body and check cylinders for OEM specs.
Beadblast compressor body
Micro-hone compressor cylinders
Extensively clean compressor body for reassembly
Inspect remaining parts and replace if necessary
Re-install new bearings
Set-up piston half ball shoe clearance and shaft end float
Fully assemble unit
Then leak test the unit with nitrogen under low and high pressure
Performance test unit
